Prospective employers who register
themselves as members will have the online ability to review thousands of CVs on
our website, which are organised by discipline or field of work, industry and
location. To fully participate in our job and candidate databases or search
activities, you may register as a Abacuscareers member.
For registration purposes, we will ask for contact details. By way of
registration, the members acknowledge and agree that AbacusConsulting may,
through Abacuscareers or other means, use or distribute or reproduce the
information in whole or in part and provide such information to our clients or
third parties for employment and/or recruitment purposes. If there are any
specific confidentiality requirements, members are advised to contact our
recruitment consultants.
Members' contact information (such as name and email address) may be
used to communicate with them about any features / services on our site which
we believe may be of interest. Our goal is to provide members with a
personalised experience every time they log onto Abacuscareers and to that end
we may direct them to the resumes that we think may assist them in finding the
right person for the right job.
Job Posting
You will be asked to submit contact details and the relevant information on job
vacancies and requirements, together with the job specifications. We will then
advise you of the terms of engagement and if acceptable we will initiate the
formal process including the posting of your Job Ad on our website. Employer’s
contact details and company name will remain hidden as and when their jobs are
viewed online by jobseekers. Members privacy is thus assured while jobseekers
will have the option to contact us either directly or via the Abacuscareers.
Members can also create their own files on Abacuscareers and maintain an
updated record of the CVs that they may shortlist from time to time from the
search engine of our database.
