QnS is an internal support department which resides in Information Technology Solutions (ITS) business area. QnS facilitates in change management initiatives by providing consulting, training and audits services to its client (i.e. AbacusConsulting). Key milestones achieved by QnS includes (a) making AbacusConsulting Pakistan’s 10th CMMI level-2 certified organization, (b) making Abacus BPO Pakistan’s first call centre to achieve ISO 27001 (information security management system) and (c) implementing project management across ITS by using PMBOK (project management body of knowledge).
QnS has provided more than 20 formal class based trainings focused on change management, project management, organizational development, IT service management. QnS has done more than 15 formal audits to identify the improvement opportunities. QnS also advises business verticals on adopting international standards and increasing competence, liaisoning with government bodies (i.e. PSEB) , inspection agencies (i.e. SGS , BVQI , Moody’s) and external consulting firms (i.e. NetSol , QAI ).
Recently the scope of QnS has been increased to the corporate level.
